Based on radar test evaluation method, Aeroer proposed a new method for radar calibration based on ADS-B data. Most of transportion flights have installed ADS-B transponders, which provides a economic test enviroment. Our ADS-B ground station could output timestamp on each DF17 messange together with other ADS-B informations such as latitude, longitude, baro altitude, IAS, TAS, ID and etc, which provide basic information for radar calibration.
