Main principles

Data can be collected in real-time or post-processing from our customers' operational environment, from third parties such as air traffic control, service providers network, airports and airlines, or from ALTYS's network of cloud-connected sensors, in any type of format. The COSMOS system uses typed data collection techniques, flexible data structures, dynamic information extraction/storage, and multi-step processing. It is based on a scalable distributed cluster architecture using a NoSQL database for storage and processing of up to millions of records per day. The solution may be deployed at the user's site or provided as a service with unlimited simultaneous remote connections possible.

Users access the valuable information presented by COSMOS via a secure web application. The COSMOS application gives users 24/7 access to a large of analytics tools and functions: reports, statistics, event trackers, alarms, maps, data export, and much more. Additionally, the COSMOS database offers a REST interface for connection to any third-party tool or client API.
